A Insulated Wall Panel is made with a core of thermal insulating material and is covered with two pieces of metal sheets. Used as coating materials in the roof, wall and internal partition or cold rooms of the buildings, sandwich panels provide a quite high level of thermal, water, sound insulation; prevent moisture condensation. In addition, they are distinguished with their bearing capacity as well. Bearing capacity of the sandwich panel depends on the density, thickness of its filling material and the form of its metal surfaces.

Installation
The installation of Insulated Wall Panel is relatively straightforward, with the following steps:
1. Site preparation: The site must be prepared by clearing any debris, marking out panel locations, and ensuring the building structure is sound.
2.Panel placement: Panels are then placed onto the structure and secured using screws and fasteners.
3. Panel joints: Panel joint sale sealed using adhesive tape or specialized sealing materials, ensuring a water-tight seal.
4. Flashings: Flashings are added-around the panel edges to prevent water ingress.
5. Finishing: Once the panels are installed, any finishing touches, such as guttering, can be added to complete the installation.

(1) Board cabinet size:
It is generally required to be 5.8m for a 20-foot cabinet, according to the needs of customers, the total length of a 40-foot cabinet is less than 11.8 meters;
(2) Loading information:
The size and specification of the 20-foot small cabinet are about 5.898 × 2.352 × 2.385m, and the assembly level is about 1300(excluding spare parts space), 40 large cabinets (high cabinet): 12.032 × 2.352 × 2.69M, about 3300 flat (excluding spare parts space).
