Specification
PU Sandwich Panel is a new type of environmentally friendly wall material developed in recent years. Its outer layer mainly uses aluminum plated zinc colored steel plates, and the surface is coated with special different colors according to needs. It is rolled into different patterns by metal embossing equipment, or then coated with multiple colors through secondary roller coating, forming various patterns such as antique brick patterns, elastic coating patterns, corrugated patterns, bark patterns, marble patterns, fine stone patterns, wood patterns, etc.

PU Sandwich Panel mainly have three layers: the top layer is made of polyester paint or fluorocarbon paint color steel aluminum zinc plate (0.25mm thick plate, 2 layers of film, 3-7 layers of paint), the middle layer is made of hard foam polyurethane, and the bottom layer is made of waterproof aluminum foil paper. Its function is not only to prevent fire and maintain temperature, but also to decorate the wall.
Production Process
Firstly, the specially treated aluminum zinc coated colored steel coil sprayed with fluorocarbon paint is fed into a metal cold bending machine for interface molding, and then into another equipment - a metal embossing machine. The metal embossing machine is composed of upper and lower rollers, and the surface of each embossing roller is processed with metal according to needs to carve various patterns. When the color steel plate enters the embossing machine, the surface will be pressed with various relief patterns or textures carved on the embossing roller.

For 20'GP or 40'HQ, carton or kraft paper bags are mainly used for packaging. Polyurethane sandwich panels are usually 8-10 pieces/pack, EPS foam sandwich panels are 3-5 pieces/pack, and rock wool sandwich panels are 3-5 pieces/pack. Container consolidation goods can also be packaged according to customer requirements.
